  Please check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. Our baby tees, solid oversized tees, and acid-wash tees have different fits.

  Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 7 business days after dispatch.

  Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier availability.

• How can I track my order?

  Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or phone number once the order has been dispatched.

  Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking page to update.

• Can I return or exchange my order?

  Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our store policy.

  For size exchanges, damaged products, printing defects, or incorrect items, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@raver.live with your order number and clear photographs of the product.

• Will the product look exactly like the images?

  We make every effort to represent colours and designs accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings and the printing process.

  Acid-washed garments are intentionally unique, so the wash pattern may vary slightly from piece to piece.

• How should I care for my product?

  For apparel, wash inside-out in cold water using mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, or iron directly over the artwork. Dry in shade for better print longevity.

  For hand fans, keep them dry, store them closed, and clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.
