Welcome to Raver.India ("RAVER," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms
of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website,
store, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using
the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to place an order through the Services. By using the
Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Products and Orders
All products sold through RAVER are made to order and produced
specifically for each individual order. We do not hold standard
inventory. Product images are representative, actual printed
designs, colors, and materials may vary slightly due to the nature
of the production process. We reserve the right to limit quantities,
refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at
our discretion, including after an order has been placed. If an
order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed
at the time of order through the payment methods made available on
the Services. We use third-party payment processors, including
those provided through Shopify, and are not responsible for errors
caused by those processors.
Shipping
We aim to fulfil and ship orders within the timeframes stated on the
Services, but timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, given the
made-to-order nature of our products. Risk of loss and title to
products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund
Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and content on the
Services, including the RAVER name and wordmark, are the property of
Raver.India or its licensors and are protected by applicable
intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, or create derivative works from any of our content or
product designs without our prior written consent. Purchasing a
product does not grant you any rights to the underlying artwork or
design beyond personal, non-commercial use of the physical item
itself.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to
interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Services,
to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services, or to
use the Services to transmit any harmful, abusive, or infringing
content.
Third-Party Content and Trademarks
Certain products may reference cultural moments, events, or public
figures for editorial or tribute purposes. Such references do not
imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by the referenced
individual, brand, or entity, unless explicitly stated. All
third-party trademarks, names, and likenesses remain the property of
their respective owners.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raver.India shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or
products purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim
arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to
the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Raver.India harmless from any
claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising
from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal
information.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising
from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the
Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
